On the 2nd, Chungjang-dong in Dong-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City announced that it has pilot-installed the 'Sinaero Communication Box' targeting apartment complexes in the district.
The 'Sinaero Communication Box' is a convenience facility for resolving grievances and conflicts of residents who find it difficult to visit the Sinaero Communication Room, which was opened by the Chungjang-dong Residents' Autonomy Committee in September last year.
To this end, it was recently installed at two locations, including the Chungjang-dong Administrative Welfare Center and Goun Rapine Apartment, and plans to expand installation to apartment complexes in the district in the future.
Im Gyeong-suk, head of Chungjang-dong, said, “I hope the installation of the Communication Box will become an open channel where residents can share various stories anytime,” adding, “We will continue to make efforts to ensure Chungjang-dong listens attentively to the voices of residents.”
