This forum, held at the newly renovated Damyang Culture Center for the first time in four years, was a great success with many residents and public officials attending, to the extent that the 637 seats were insufficient.

He also reflected on the significance of building the Provisional Government Memorial Hall to establish the historical identity of the Republic of Korea and explained the historical facts and values of the establishment of the Provisional Government.
Former Director Lee said, "I was impressed by Damyang-gun's efforts to preserve history everywhere, such as the Haedong Culture and Arts Village, which transformed the old brewery into a complex cultural space, and the Damyang Culture Center, which was renovated while preserving existing facilities," adding, "I wish for a bright future and continued development for Damyang-gun, which strives to preserve our history and culture."
County Governor Lee Byung-no expressed his gratitude, saying, "I thank the residents who showed great interest in the first forum held at the Damyang Culture Center in four years," and added, "We will continue to invite lecturers from various fields to create a place for humanities education where all residents can participate and be satisfied."
