Along with its prime location right next to Digital Media City Station and the upcoming Lotte Mall, the ‘Hillstate DMC Station’ complex, which offers small-sized units as well, is currently attracting tenants with great success. Moreover, with the future implementation of the Daejang-Hongdae Line (planned) and the Gangbuk Transversal Line (planned) at DMC Station, located right in front of the complex at Digital Media City Station, a total of five lines including Line 6, Airport Railroad, and Gyeongui-Jungang Line will pass through, enhancing its future value significantly.


Hillstate DMC Station, introduced by Hyundai Construction in the Jeungsan-dong area of Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, consists of two buildings ranging from five basement floors to 36 above-ground floors, with 299 units sized between 59 and 75㎡. It is characterized as a long-term general private rental apartment that offers stable residency for 10 years. All units are composed of highly preferred medium- to small-sized floor plans.

There is no acquisition tax or holding tax burden, and notably, residents are granted priority purchase rights after 10 years, which further enhances the value of the complex. The floor plans of Hillstate DMC Station mainly consist of medium- to small-sized units ranging from 59 to 75㎡, featuring a 4Bay slab-type design (except for some units) to maximize openness.
