New Additions in Gwangmyeong, Siheung, Ansan, Anyang, Busan, and Daegu Areas
Monthly 20% Increase in New Customers... Over 50% Surge in Customer Consultations
Life Research Institute (CEO Yeon Hyun-ju) announced on the 31st that it will expand the office cleaning service of its cleaning service platform 'Cheongso Yeonguso' to include parts of Gyeonggi Province as well as the Gyeongnam region, including Busan and Daegu.
The office cleaning service of Cheongso Yeonguso has been operating in Seoul and Incheon, as well as in Suwon and Bucheon areas. With this regional expansion, the service area will extend to Gwangmyeong, Siheung, Ansan, Anyang, and the Gyeongnam areas of Busan and Daegu.
The office cleaning service, which started its first service in May last year, is seeing a monthly increase of 20% in new customers. As companies reduce their work-from-home policies, phone consultation requests have increased by more than 50% compared to the previous year.
The office cleaning service, whose main customers are small and medium-sized enterprises, academies, and hospitals, currently serves about 500 client companies on a regular basis. The total number of employees at these client companies reaches approximately 60,000. The office cleaning service, which can be used for a minimum of 2 hours, can be booked by customers through the Cheongso Yeonguso app according to their desired schedule.
In particular, the verified 100,000 cleaning managers active at Cheongso Yeonguso provide both home cleaning and office cleaning services, enabling quick matching. Yeon Hyun-ju, CEO of Life Research Institute, said, "With the endemic phase, demand for office cleaning services along with home cleaning has surged, and we plan to introduce customized services for customers. We believe a comfortable office environment is the greatest welfare for employees, and we will strive to provide better services."
