According to the regular asset change report disclosed by the National Assembly Public Officials Ethics Committee on the 31st, Speaker Kim's assets rose from the previously reported 2.66644 billion KRW to 3.06768 billion KRW this year, an increase of about 400 million KRW.

The publicly announced price of the Gaepo 4th Apartment in Dogok-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, increased by about 300 million KRW, reaching 2.422 billion KRW, and the spouse's deposits rose from 200 million KRW to 280.27 million KRW.

Deputy Speaker Kim Young-joo reported assets of 3.13479 billion KRW this year. This reflects an increase of about 349 million KRW from the 2.78559 billion KRW reported last year.

The publicly announced price of the apartment owned by Representative Kim in Mullae-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, increased from 987 million KRW to 1.089 billion KRW, an increase of 120 million KRW, among other factors.
