[Photo] Minnochoeng Gyeongnam Headquarters Announces Resistance Against NIS and Police

The Korean Confederation of Trade Unions (KCTU) Gyeongnam Regional Headquarters held a press conference in front of the Gyeongnam Provincial Police Agency on the 30th.

They stated, "We warn the National Intelligence Service. Do not oppress our comrades," and added, "We will prove through action that the word 'resistance' against oppression is not empty talk."

On the same day, in front of the Changwon District Prosecutors' Office, the Gyeongnam Headquarters of the South Side Committee for the Implementation of the June 15 Joint Declaration and others announced legal action against the media, saying that the media coverage of the so-called Changwon spy case "was made to appear as fact based solely on the prosecution's unilateral claims."
