They can receive support for start-up funds up to 300 million KRW and housing purchase funds up to 75 million KRW at an annual interest rate of 2% (5 years grace period, 10 years installment repayment).
The application deadline is until the 28th of next month. Applicants must fill out the project application form announced on the Haenam-gun Office website and submit it with the required documents through the local eup/myeon office of their residence.
A county official said, “We will continue to provide policy funds necessary for business management such as fisheries and housing purchase, as well as various support for returnees to fishing, to ensure the stable settlement of urban residents wishing to return to fishing.”
