Lotte GRS announced on the 30th that its fast food franchise Lotteria will launch upgraded versions of three value-for-money menu items: Deri Burger, Chicken Burger, and Classic Cheese Burger.
The Deri Burger and Chicken Burger now include additional beef and chicken patties respectively, increasing the total weight of the finished burgers by approximately 27% and 45% compared to the previous versions. The Classic Cheese Burger, first introduced in 2016, has also been enhanced by adding an extra slice of cheese and an additional patty, now featuring two slices of cheese and a double patty.
Along with the release of these three double burgers, Lotteria is running a combo-up promotion from today until the 12th of next month, offering a free carbonated drink to customers who purchase any of the three double burgers as a single item at stores. Additionally, from the 10th to the 23rd of next month, the Lotte Eats app will provide a mobile download coupon that allows customers to enjoy the original Deri, Chicken, and Classic Cheese Burger sets with double patties for just 100 KRW extra.
A representative from Lotte GRS stated, "Lotteria’s Deri Burger and Chicken Burger have been beloved Korean-style menu items enjoyed by many since the 1980s," adding, "With the launch of the double patty menu including the Classic Cheese Burger, customers can now enjoy these burgers more heartily."
