Gyeongbuk Ulleung-gun and the Korea Fiscal Information Service conducted a national subsidy education session for about 80 project managers at the Ulleung-gun Office meeting room from the 29th to the 30th.
The Korea Fiscal Information Service, which held the training, was established in 2016 as a public institution supporting overall fiscal tasks including national subsidy management through e-Nara Do-um. It conducts various training programs to ensure the proper execution and settlement of national subsidies and to prevent fraudulent claims.
This training focused on system usage, subsidy disbursement, and settlement processes for national subsidy project managers and new public officials, targeting local government employees who find it difficult to attend face-to-face training due to the region's conditions.
Ulleung County Office project managers are receiving training on national treasury subsidies in the county office meeting room.
A public official who completed the training said, “There were parts that were difficult and ambiguous to understand online, but through face-to-face training, I was able to efficiently understand the entire work process, and it was a beneficial time.”
Nam Han-kwon, the mayor of Ulleung-gun, said, “I appreciate the provision of such training for county officials who find it difficult to attend due to geographical characteristics,” and added, “We will continue to create such opportunities frequently to alleviate the difficulties of the responsible public officials.”
