The Korea Railroad Gwangju-Jeonnam Headquarters recently announced on the 30th that it conducted education for employees on the prevention of the four major types of violence (sexual harassment, prostitution, sexual violence, domestic violence) and workplace bullying.
This training focused on understanding the definitions and types of the four major types of violence and workplace bullying, as well as the roles of employees in preventing secondary damage, using case studies.
The lectures were conducted by Lee Haeng-nyeon, a professional instructor from the Korea Institute for Gender Equality Promotion and Education, and Yang Jae-hoon, a certified labor attorney.
A representative from the Korail Gwangju-Jeonnam Headquarters stated, "We will continue to make efforts to narrow the perception gaps between generations and genders and to establish a culture of mutual respect and communication."
