T'way Air announced on the 30th that it will conduct an open recruitment for entry-level general employees and experienced professionals in various positions through its recruitment site until the 4th of next month.
First, entry-level general employees will be recruited for common job roles. After joining, they will work at domestic airport branches for a certain period before being assigned to departments. Entry-level candidates must be graduates or expected to graduate by August 2023. Candidates must have no disqualifications for overseas travel. Preference will be given to those with excellent foreign language skills and computer proficiency.
Experienced recruitment seeks talents in various fields such as aircraft operation maintenance, passenger transportation, safety planning, website planning, content marketing, sales, GDS, public relations, accounting, revenue management, financial planning, internal control, in-house legal counsel, and developers.
Applications can be submitted through the recruitment site until 11:59 PM on April 4th. After first and second-round interviews, the final successful candidates are expected to join in May. T'way Air expanded its business area to medium- and long-haul routes by introducing three medium-to-large aircraft A330-300s last year and launching new routes to Singapore and Sydney. Additionally, it introduced two next-generation eco-friendly aircraft B737-8 models consecutively in December last year and January this year, and formed an ESG council task force team (TFT), strengthening its ESG management efforts.
Following the resumption of international flights and aircraft introduction, T'way Air completed two large-scale cabin crew recruitments in the second half of last year. It continues to recruit talents in maintenance, general positions, and leads talent acquisition in the aviation industry.
