Hyundai Engineering is currently selling apartments in the 'Hillstate Pyeongtaek Hwayang' complex located in the 5BL area of Hwayang District, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do.

Hillstate Pyeongtaek Hwayang is a large complex consisting of 14 buildings with a total of 1,571 households, ranging from 2 basement floors to 31 floors above ground. All units are primarily south-facing, and most are the standard 84㎡ size preferred by the public. It is the only complex in the Hwayang District constructed up to 31 floors, and some of the upper floors are expected to offer views of the West Sea.
