Seogwipo Fire Station of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province (Chief Park Gwang-chan) announced on the 30th that it conducted an on-site safety consulting at a large retail facility (E-Mart) in the jurisdiction on the 29th.
This on-site safety consulting inspected the overall fire safety management status of large retail facilities used by an unspecified number of people, including the proper maintenance of fire facilities and evacuation/fire prevention facilities, and the implementation of evacuation plans for users of the retail facilities in case of emergency.

While providing education on the changing fire-related laws and regulations, a meeting was held with E-Mart officials to listen to difficulties and suggestions regarding fire and safety accident prevention.
Seogwipo Fire Station plans to continuously conduct on-site safety consulting for multi-use facilities during the spring fire prevention period, taking the lead in establishing an initial safety system to prepare for fires and safety accidents.
