Donong Booyoung Ashiang consists of a single unit type with an exclusive area of 143㎡, featuring 4 basement floors, 15 to 18 above-ground floors, 4 buildings, and a total of 364 households. Currently, only the remaining units are available for first-come, first-served contracts with designated building and unit numbers.

Donong Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line, located right in front of the complex, allows access to Seoul Yongsan Station within 45 minutes. Additionally, by using Guri Station or Wangsuk 2 District Station (tentative name), which are one stop away, residents can quickly reach Jamsil and Gangnam via subway lines 8 and 9.

The living infrastructure is also excellent. Large lifestyle convenience facilities such as E-Mart within the complex, a sports center, Hyundai Outlet, Lotte Department Store, and Guri Agricultural and Marine Products Wholesale Market are nearby. The police station, public health center, and courthouse are also close. There are a total of 9 elementary, middle, and high schools within the district, including Donong Elementary and Middle Schools, and Donghwa Middle and High Schools.

Jinjeop Sarangro Booyoung is a large complex with 22 buildings, ranging from 1 basement floor to 15 above-ground floors, totaling 1,080 households. The units are exclusively composed of 84㎡ apartments.

With the extension of Subway Line 4, it is possible to reach Seoul Station within 50 minutes. The area is also equipped with educational infrastructure and commercial districts. Within the district are Dodam Kindergarten, Jinjeop Elementary and High Schools, Pungyang Middle School, and Jugok Middle School. Residents can conveniently access Hanaro Mart, Homeplus, E-Mart, Jinjeop Onam Administrative Welfare Center, Hyundai Hospital, and Lotte Cinema.

Additionally, Cheolmasan Mountain is located to the east of the district, and Wangsukcheon Stream, a tributary of the Han River, flows to the west, making the area eco-friendly. Recreational spots such as Gwangneung Arboretum, Bearstown, and Bamseom Amusement Park are also nearby.
