Kolon 'Atomax Golf Balls for Amateur Long-Distance Use on Sale'

World's Longest Certified Distance... Official Launch Starting from the 31st

‘ATTOMAX,’ certified as the golf ball with the longest distance in the world, is being officially launched in Korea.

Kolon Industries FnC Division (Kolon FnC) announced on the 30th that ATTOMAX will be sold starting from the 31st on the fashion platform Kolon Mall and The Cart Golf. It is an amateur golf ball dedicated to distance. The product is made by evenly mixing the amorphous alloy ‘Atometal’ in powder form into the mantle layer surrounding the core of the golf ball. This new material, which has dramatically improved elasticity, hardness, corrosion resistance, and abrasion resistance, features high elasticity, high repulsion, and high durability.

In tests using a swing machine, it flew 13 to 18 meters (15 to 20 yards) farther compared to competitor golf balls. In June last year, it was certified by the World Record Committee, a global record certification organization in the United States, as the golf ball with the longest distance in the world.

ATTOMAX comes in blue, yellow, and orange colors. There are three versions?mid-soft, medium, and hard?depending on the user’s club head speed. To commemorate the launch, Kolon Mall customers will receive an MQuiry sunblock package as a gift.
