Trying Out NFT Withdrawal from KakaoTalk Wallet... Clip and KakaoTalk Integration

It will become possible to check non-fungible tokens (NFTs) in the KakaoTalk Wallet.

Ground X announced on the 30th that it has launched a service allowing users to view NFTs in the KakaoTalk Wallet by linking the digital asset wallet 'Klip' with the KakaoTalk Wallet. Ground X is a blockchain technology and service affiliate of Kakao.

With this linkage, a new NFT menu has been added inside the wallet located at the top of the KakaoTalk 'More' tab. Users can log in to the Klip service through the NFT menu and immediately see the list of NFTs they own.

Starting with the KakaoTalk Wallet linkage, Ground X plans to enhance Klip's NFT features so that more users can easily and conveniently use NFTs. They will focus on providing an improved user experience by categorizing various NFTs issued, such as memberships, certificates, and tickets, by type and enabling their use according to each purpose.

Yang Ju-il, CEO of Ground X, said, “We expect the use of NFTs to expand further as it becomes easy to check NFTs in the KakaoTalk Wallet,” adding, “We will continue to improve Klip’s convenience so that users can easily experience digital assets and utilize them in daily life.”
