[2023 Housing Culture] GS Construction Launches Full-Scale Sales of Hwikyung Xi Decencia

GS Construction is launching the large-scale apartment complex Huigyeong Xi Decencia in the Imun and Huigyeong New Town areas of Seoul. The complex consists of 14 buildings with 3 basement floors and up to 35 floors above ground, totaling 1,806 units, of which 700 units sized between 39 and 84㎡ will be available for general sale. The units are mainly small to medium-sized, which are highly preferred by buyers.

The complex boasts a double station area transportation infrastructure, being adjacent to both Hoegi Station (Line 1, Gyeongui-Jungang Line, Gyeongchun Line) and Hwayang Station (Line 1). Additionally, special supply units are allocated for the 84㎡ exclusive area type.
