On the 30th, E-Land announced the launch of the ‘Saenghwal Pasang Care’ insurance service, which provides compensation for damage to home appliances.
E-Land’s ‘Hwal Pasang Care’ is an insurance service that covers repair costs for home appliances damaged due to unforeseen circumstances. The service applies to electronic devices equipped with screens such as TVs, laptops, tablet PCs, monitors, and smartwatches, and insurance enrollment is only available when purchasing screen-equipped products from E-Land.
Damage compensation is provided up to a maximum of 5 million KRW depending on the insurance plan, with a deductible of 20% of the damage amount. The insurance period lasts up to one year from the delivery completion date or installation completion date.
An E-Land representative stated, “To meet the diverse needs of consumers for home appliance damage compensation, we have prepared a variety of plans ranging from 100,000 KRW coverage to 5 million KRW coverage. E-Land will continue to plan various services that minimize inconvenience for customers purchasing and using home appliances.”
