Yujin Corporation announced on the 29th that it is conducting virtual ready-mixed concrete (Remicon) production training using a simulation system.

The Remicon production simulation system installed at Yujin Corporation's Technology Research Institute in Deogyang-gu, Gyeonggi Province, consists of a ready-mixed concrete weighing, mixing, and shipping control panel, a control PC, and various monitoring screens modeled after the equipment used on-site. After completing the stabilization work of the production simulation device in January, it has been utilized for actual training.

The Remicon production simulation training is conducted for employees who are new to Remicon production facilities and follows the sequence of ▲training on production equipment and manuals ▲personalized practice ▲group discussions ▲comprehensive production simulation device testing. Employees learn through hands-on practice in a risk-free environment, including setting raw material weighing and transfer, starting and monitoring machinery, and responding to abnormalities.

There is no separate training course for practical Remicon manufacturing. Therefore, if new hires are immediately assigned to the field, there is a risk of production errors or quality defects. The company explains that by mastering production practices in advance through the Remicon production simulation system, it is possible to produce products with stable quality.

Additionally, for new technologies introduced to Remicon production facilities in the future, it is expected that pre-assessment can be conducted through the Remicon production simulation system and accumulated results can be utilized.
