US January House Price Index 5.3%... Lowest Since June 2020

On the 28th (local time), the U.S. Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) announced that the seasonally adjusted House Price Index for January this year rose 5.3% compared to the same month last year. This is a decrease of 1.4 percentage points from 6.7% in the previous month. This is the lowest figure since June 2020.
