Awarded at the '50th Commerce Day' Ceremony
Recognized for Contributions to National Industrial Development and More
The Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy's Commendation was presented at LIG Nex1 Gumi House, located in Gumi, the K-defense industry hub city.
LIG Nex1 announced on the 28th that Park Bae-ho, head of the C4ISTAR Production Headquarters, received a commendation at the 50th Commerce Day awards ceremony in recognition of his contributions to national industrial development.
On March 24th, at the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry's 50th anniversary ceremony held at the Gumi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Baeho Park, Head of Production at LIG Nex1 C4ISTAR (right), received a commendation from the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy for national industrial merit from Jangho Kim, Mayor of Gumi.
On the 24th, the Gumi Chamber of Commerce and Industry held the 50th Commerce Day to honor and present awards to businesspeople and exemplary employees who contributed to corporate innovation and regional economic development.
This commendation was awarded to exemplary managers and employees who have demonstrated job performance ability and expertise in their respective industries for over five years, contributing to company and regional economic development, improving work processes, and achieving productivity enhancements.
Head Park Bae-ho was recognized for his job performance ability and expertise by engaging in localization development to improve the quality of South Korea's defense weapon systems and secure export cost competitiveness, befitting the status of K-defense.
He was also evaluated as having contributed to company development and enhancing the excellence and status of K-defense by continuously improving productivity through process improvements such as building K-defense type smart factories.
Since joining Geumseong Precision in 1991, Head Park Bae-ho has served as Quality Planning Team Leader in 2015, Quality Manager in 2017, and has been leading LIG Nex1's C4ISTAR Production Headquarters since 2021.
