One-Stop Management of Various Data
Global e-commerce platform Cafe24 announced on the 28th that it will launch an 'Enterprise Service' page to support tailored e-commerce business growth according to company size.
Cafe24 supports customized functionality development through the industry's largest Application Programming Interface (API) offerings. For example, large comprehensive food company Nongshim has integrated a Print-On-Demand (POD) service into its online store. By accessing Nongshim Mall, customers can add their desired photos and text to products, allowing them to purchase unique, one-of-a-kind items, which has received great response.
The Enterprise Service also enables seamless integration with companies' existing internal systems. For instance, it supports building a system that integrates the online store database while continuing to use existing systems such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). If data processing is required for system linkage, middleware integration methods can also be implemented.
Cafe24 collaborates with its own specialized personnel and partner companies equipped with technical capabilities to help companies systematically manage vast customer data and develop complex and challenging functions. Based on professional integrated consulting, it assists in continuously managing an online store environment tailored to the company's needs. Additionally, it supports smooth expansion of e-commerce business areas globally. Optimized global online stores can be built to suit targeted overseas market environments such as English, Japanese, and Chinese, covering everything from payment to marketing, customer support (CS), and logistics delivery.
Lee Jae-seok, CEO of Cafe24, said, "In the global e-commerce market, direct-to-consumer (D2C) shopping malls have emerged as important businesses to showcase a company's brand identity and increase customers," adding, "We will provide the optimal environment for Korean companies to grow online with proven technological capabilities."
