[Breaking] KT Yoon Kyung-rim Withdraws from CEO Candidacy

Yoon Kyung-rim, head of the KT Group Transformation Division (President) and the designated CEO of KT, has ultimately decided to resign.

On the 27th, KT announced that Yoon informed the board of directors of his decision to withdraw from the next CEO candidacy.

Yoon stated, "I judged that it is most desirable for a new CEO to be elected through governance improvements that exceed the expectations of key stakeholders."

A KT official emphasized, "We will do our best to stabilize management early."
