BGF Retail, Open Recruitment for New Employees in the First Half of the Year

Recruiting a Total of 00 Candidates Across 5 Job Categories

BGF Retail announced on the 26th that it will conduct an open recruitment for new employees for the first half of the year until the 5th of next month and hold recruiting events.

The target candidates for this first half open recruitment are graduates and expected graduates (August 2023) of four-year universities, as well as those with equivalent academic qualifications. A total of 00 people will be selected across five job categories: sales management, strategic planning (marketing·new business), product operation, finance support, and specialized fields (IT·logistics·facilities·design). The recruitment process will proceed in the order of document screening, artificial intelligence (AI) competency test, first interview, second interview, on-site training, and final employment. The AI competency test will be conducted online, and the on-site training will take place for about five days in June.

BGF Retail will hold various types of recruitment briefing sessions. On the 29th of this month, an offline job consultation event called Career Talk will be held. To provide concrete and practical help regarding the applied job, current practitioners from each job category will be invited to offer diverse information about the main tasks after joining, necessary competencies during practical work, career development directions, and vision. Participation is available on a first-come, first-served basis by accessing the recruitment briefing application page and submitting a survey.

To strengthen communication with applicants nationwide and discover local talent, on-site recruitment briefing sessions will be held. The sessions will be conducted in the following order: Chungbuk National University on the 27th, Kyungpook National University, Keimyung University, and Jeju National University on the 28th, and Kangwon National University and Hallym University on the 29th. By pre-registering on the recruitment briefing application page, applicants can also participate in online briefing sessions held by job category starting from the 30th of this month.
