On March 24th, marking the beginning of spring, the Saemaeul Leaders Association (President Kim Gwang-seon), Saemaeul Women's Association (President Hwang Myeong-ja), and over 30 members in Subi-myeon, Yeongyang-gun, Gyeongbuk, personally visited 62 households in need within the community to deliver snacks.
Subi-myeon, Yeongyang-gun, where about 30 members of the Saemaeul Leaders Association and the Women's Association held a snack-sharing event of love.
The Saemaeul Leaders Association regularly contributes to community development through activities such as sharing rice during holidays and kimchi-making events for vulnerable groups.
Kim Gwang-seon, President of the Saemaeul Leaders Association, said, “We are pleased to be able to help neighbors in need through this event. The Subi-myeon Saemaeul Leaders Association will continue to grow together with the community and actively participate in assisting those in difficulty.”
Park Gyeong-hae, Mayor of Subi-myeon, expressed gratitude, saying, “I deeply thank the members of the Subi-myeon Saemaeul Leaders Association who take the lead in promoting harmony and development in the region. We will strive to ensure that the warmth of a caring community continues.”
