In April, the ‘Brighton Yeouido’ apartment complex will be supplied as private rental housing on the former Yeouido MBC site. This marks the first supply in Yeouido in 17 years since Yeouido Xi in 2005.
According to Yeouido MBC Site Complex Development PFV (Shinyoung Co., Ltd., GS Engineering & Construction Corp., NH Investment & Securities Co., Ltd.) on the 24th, ‘Brighton Yeouido’ apartments will be offered for rent in April at 31 Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul (former MBC site). Brighton Yeouido is a complex consisting of two apartment buildings, one officetel building, and one office building, ranging from 6 basement floors to a maximum of 49 floors above ground. The rental apartments consist of two buildings from basement level 6 to 49 floors above ground, with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 132㎡, totaling 454 households. GS Engineering & Construction is in charge of construction.
The number of households by exclusive area is ▲84㎡ 91 units ▲101㎡ 91 units ▲113㎡ 181 units ▲132㎡ 91 units, all of which are medium to large-sized 4-bay layouts. The complex will be supplied as a 4-year short-term private rental housing, with move-in scheduled for September.
The complex’s biggest strength is its surrounding infrastructure. It is adjacent to ‘The Hyundai Seoul’ and located in East Yeouido, the domestic financial hub, allowing easy access to lifestyle infrastructure such as the IFC Mall, shopping, culture, and dining.
Transportation conditions are also excellent. It is situated in a double station area between Yeouido Station on subway lines 5 and 9 and Yeouinaru Station on line 5, with the Yeouido Transfer Center connecting to the entire metropolitan area within walking distance. Additionally, travel by car is convenient via Olympic-daero and Gangbyeonbuk-ro. Furthermore, the abundant green environment of Yeouido along the Han River and Saetgang River is another attractive feature.
The scarcity of new apartments in Yeouido also adds value. Since the last new apartment supply in Yeouido was ‘Yeouido Xi’ (580 units) in 2005, there have been no new apartment supplies for 17 years. With over 94% of apartments being more than 15 years old, demand for new apartments is high in the area.
As the high-end residential brand ‘Brighton’ is applied, the complex boasts excellent product quality. All units feature a 4-bay structure with an open kitchen design to maximize openness, and some floor plans include specialized designs such as three bathrooms, three-sided open living room kitchens, and double master rooms. Each apartment building has five elevators.
The households and finishing materials are also filled with premium products. Kitchen furniture from Gimetic, Euromobil, and Dada lead the way, with German Haro wood flooring, Grohe and Jessi premium imported kitchen faucets applied. Fitness equipment will be provided by Technogym.
On the 3rd floor above ground of building 101, there will be a caf? and library, and on the 2nd floor above ground of building 102, a fitness center will be located. The two communities can be conveniently accessed via a skywalk connecting the buildings. On the 4th floor above ground of building 101, four guest rooms will be created for accommodating visitors or hosting home parties.
Residential services such as housekeeping to assist with chores, contactless premium nighttime car washing, home styling, laundry pickup and delivery, market services, and home repairs will be provided.
