Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation (SH Corporation) is recruiting tenants for 2,117 units of the 42nd Long-term Jeonse Housing.

On the 23rd, SH Corporation announced that it will recruit tenants and preliminary tenants for a total of 2,117 units of long-term Jeonse housing across 19 districts and 59 complexes, including Segok and Gangil districts. This includes 361 remaining vacant units due to tenant move-outs and contract cancellations, as well as 1,756 preliminary tenants who will be pre-selected for complexes without vacancies.

Long-term Jeonse housing is rental housing supplied at 80% or less of the surrounding Jeonse market price. The average deposit by area for this recruitment is 425.71 million KRW for units up to 60㎡ (exclusive area), 464.23 million KRW for units over 60㎡ and up to 85㎡, and 651 million KRW for units over 85㎡.

Eligibility for general supply requires applicants to be members of a household without homeownership residing in Seoul as of the announcement date. Applicants must meet certain income, real estate, and automobile criteria per household depending on the requested area. For units up to 85㎡ exclusive area, the subscription ranking is determined by income conditions, residence, and the number of times subscribed to the Comprehensive Subscription Savings. For units over 85㎡, the subscription ranking is determined by the deposit amount and subscription period of the Comprehensive Subscription Savings.

The application period is from the 3rd to the 10th of next month. If the number of applicants exceeds 200% of the available units, no further applications will be accepted. Document screening candidates and winners will be announced on May 4 and September 15 of this year, respectively. Move-in will be possible from the end of October this year.
