The Focus Group Seminar is a regional academic event organized to share the latest insights and procedural techniques related to beauty and plastic surgery. This year’s first event took place on the 18th at Hotel Onoma in Daejeon. Under the theme "Turn off the filter, and find your beauty persona," the seminar featured various lectures including academy sessions and on-site procedure sessions, attended by approximately 100 healthcare professionals (HCPs).

At this seminar, Hugel presented survey results targeting consumers with experience in petite procedures such as botulinum toxin and HA fillers. Previously, in February, Hugel conducted a 'Petite Procedure and Preferred Image Survey' involving 700 male and female consumers in their 20s to 50s; this seminar revealed the results for the 20s to 40s demographic. According to the presentation, 71.8% of all respondents reported satisfaction with petite procedures. Among men, satisfaction was highest in their 20s (87.5%), and among women, it was highest in their 30s (82.4%). Additionally, 78.2% of the total expressed willingness to undergo repeat treatments.

During the academy session, Dr. Hwang Sang-guk (Sevendays Plastic Surgery), Dr. Park Hyun-joon (Meirin Clinic Apgujeong), and Dr. Lee Sang-bong (Pygmalion Clinic) shared characteristics of procedures such as botulinum toxin, HA fillers, skin boosters, and lifting threads, along with the latest procedural methods and clinical cases. In the on-site procedure session, Dr. Jung Jae-yoon (Mielre Clinic) performed live procedures using Hugel’s PDO sutures 'Blue Rose Forte' and PCL sutures 'Blue Rose Claire.' Dr. Park Hyun-joon (Meirin Clinic Apgujeong) demonstrated skin booster procedure techniques using the HA skin booster 'Bylizen.'

A Hugel representative stated, "With high enthusiasm from attendees, we were able to successfully conclude this year’s first Focus Group Seminar by conducting various procedural lectures and presenting consumer perception survey results. We plan to make thorough preparations to achieve similarly high satisfaction levels at the upcoming events in Busan and Seoul."
