[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Su-yeon] DL Construction announced on the 22nd that it has decided to provide a debt guarantee for 89 billion KRW of debt owed by MJ Gunryang Jeilcha Co., Ltd. and MJ Gunryang Iicha Co., Ltd.
The creditors are Double SL Jeilcha Co., Ltd., Double SL Iicha Co., Ltd., and Double SL Samcha Co., Ltd.
The debt guarantee amount is 9.29% of equity capital, and the debt guarantee period is until October 24 of this year.
This debt guarantee pertains to the new construction project of the Icheon Gunryang-ri Logistics Center, which DL Construction is undertaking. If the debtor fails to fully repay the loan debt by October 24, 2023 (loan maturity date), DL Construction, as the contractor, will repay the outstanding loan balance.
