Hwasun-gun, Individual Housing Price Inspection and Opinion Submission

As of January 1, 2023, from March 21 to April 10

Hwasun-gun, Jeollanam-do announced on the 22nd that it will operate a viewing and opinion submission period for the prices of 14,883 individual houses based on January 1, 2023, from the 21st of this month until July 10.

During this period, viewing and opinion submission are also available for multi-family housing (apartments, multi-unit houses, and row houses) publicly announced by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.

House price viewing can be done through the Real Estate Public Price Information website, and can also be confirmed by visiting the Finance Department of the county office or the administrative welfare centers of the towns and townships where the houses are located.

Homeowners with opinions and other interested parties can write and submit their opinion forms at the viewing locations or through the Ilsa Pyeonri Real Estate Comprehensive Civil Service website within the period.

For houses with submitted opinions, the Korea Real Estate Board will conduct a re-verification, and the Hwasun-gun Real Estate Price Public Announcement Committee will review them. The results will be notified to the opinion submitters, and the final house prices are scheduled to be decided and announced on July 28.

A county official said, “Since individual house prices are used as the basis for various tax impositions such as national and local taxes, we hope for active opinion submissions from the residents.”
