KLPGA Tour's Kim Suji Becomes a High-Value Donor of Over 100 Million Won

Joining the Community Chest of Korea 'Honor Society' Membership

Kim Su-ji, who is active on the Korea Ladies Professional Golf Association (KLPGA) Tour, has joined the Honor Society, a group of high-value donors who have contributed more than 100 million KRW to the Community Chest of Korea (Sarangui Yeolmae).

The Community Chest of Korea held a ceremony on the 22nd at the Sarangui Yeolmae office in Suwon, Gyeonggi Province, to mark Kim Su-ji's induction into the Honor Society. Kim Su-ji became the 308th Honor Society member in the Gyeonggi region.


She joined the KLPGA in 2014. Starting with her victory at the 2022 OK Financial Group Park Seri Invitational, she also won the Hana Financial Group Championship and was awarded the KLPGA Player of the Year.


Nationally, Kim Su-ji is the 13th professional golfer to become an Honor Society member. Previously, Kim Hae-rim, Park Sung-hyun, Bae Sang-moon, Park In-bee, Lee Seung-hyun, Noh Seung-yul, Ko Jin-young, Choi Hye-jin, Yoo So-yeon, Lee Jeong-eun, Choi Na-yeon, and Park Hyun-kyung have been listed as high-value donors contributing over 100 million KRW.


Kim Su-ji said, "Since I was young, I have donated to help those in need, and I decided to join the Honor Society to provide greater support to young people preparing for independence. Through Sarangui Yeolmae, I will strive to share warm love with many people."
