The council was attended by more than 20 stakeholders including hydrogen charging station construction operators, executors, local governments, and the Environmental Corporation, who reviewed the progress of each project, listened to difficulties, and shared trends related to hydrogen charging stations.

The progress review for each project was conducted in the form of presentations by stakeholders involved in the construction of 12 hydrogen charging stations (Gwangju 2, Jeonnam 7, Jeju 3) currently under construction.

Regarding trends related to hydrogen charging stations, information was shared about the launch of the 'Ministry of Environment Hydrogen Commercial Vehicle Supply Support Group' to expand the supply of hydrogen buses and hydrogen cargo trucks, as well as the additional public offering schedule for private subsidy projects for hydrogen charging station installation.

Jeong Seon-hwa, head of the Yeongsangang River Basin Environmental Office, stated, “To ensure that the hydrogen charging stations under construction can be completed within this year, we will spare no effort to support the resolution of obstacles by strengthening communication with related organizations through pre-consultations with local governments and the formation of a rapid approval T/F team, in addition to the council.”
