Paldo announced on the 22nd that it will launch three types of 'Oneul Yuksu' liquid sticks, which can be conveniently added to broth dishes.
Oneul Yuksu liquid sticks are the second convenient broth product following the coin-type solid broth released in June last year. Made from carefully selected ingredients, the concentrated liquid preserves the original taste of the raw materials. One stick (15g) can make 500ml of broth.
Featuring a clam, brisket, and mushroom base with added Cheongyang chili peppers, green onions, and radish, it offers a refreshing and clean flavor. The stick-type individual packaging allows for adjustable portions according to the dish and is convenient for storage. It is also great for outdoor activities such as camping and traveling. It can also be used as a cooking sauce. When used in seasoned dishes or stir-fries, it blends well with existing ingredients to enhance umami.
A Paldo representative said, "The three types of Oneul Yuksu liquid sticks are concentrated liquid broths made from carefully selected ingredients," adding, "Anyone can easily make broth without the hassle of preparing raw ingredients themselves."
