‘e-Pyeonhansesang Gunsan The Ocean Luce’ plans to hold biweekly Saturday classes for housewives, including △personal color diagnosis △organizing and storage practice △handmade coffee making classes, and for visitors accompanied by kids, △carnation making △natural slime making classes.
Earlier, the personal color diagnosis class held on the 11th (Saturday) was highly popular, with participant recruitment closing early due to strong customer interest. The session, led by experts from a color research institute, provided a valuable opportunity for individuals to find colors that suit them, resulting in high satisfaction among participants.
This week’s organizing and storage practice class will be held on April 22 (Saturday) with the first session at 2 PM and the second at 3 PM. Through lectures by organizing and storage experts, participants will learn how to identify issues in their living environment and acquire know-how to create convenient and efficient living spaces.
The handmade coffee making class is scheduled for May 20 (Saturday) with the first session at 2 PM and the second at 3:30 PM. A professional barista will teach participants how to roast coffee beans and perform hand drip brewing.
For visitors accompanied by kids, the natural slime making class will be held on April 8 (Saturday) with the first session at 2 PM and the second at 4 PM. Participants will have the chance to make harmless slime using natural products together with an expert. On May 7 (Sunday), in celebration of Parents’ Day, there will be a DIY carnation making event with a florist starting at 2 PM.
Additionally, various programs on topics such as real estate investment, tax savings, and education, which are of interest to local consumers, are being prepared. These programs aim to provide meaningful experiences for visitors to the housing exhibition center. Participation is possible by inquiring via the SMS received or the main phone number, and detailed information can be obtained by visiting the e-Pyeonhansesang Gunsan The Ocean Luce housing exhibition center or contacting the main phone line.
Meanwhile, DL E&C is currently offering ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Gunsan The Ocean Luce’ for sale on a first-come, first-served basis in Guam-dong, Gunsan-si, Jeonbuk. The complex consists of 8 buildings ranging from basement level 2 to 29 floors above ground, with a total of 800 households and exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 155㎡. To ease the burden on contract holders, e-Pyeonhansesang Gunsan The Ocean Luce has made bold changes to the contract deposit and interim payment interest conditions. The 10% contract deposit can now be paid in three installments, and special benefits are provided for the first and second interim payments.
Furthermore, since sales are on a first-come, first-served basis, buyers can select their desired building and unit number. Contracts are possible regardless of whether the buyer has a subscription savings account, residency restrictions, or home ownership status. Even after signing a contract, the unit does not count toward the buyer’s housing ownership, allowing non-homeowners to maintain their status. Notably, there is no mandatory residency period.
e-Pyeonhansesang Gunsan The Ocean Luce is currently operating a housing exhibition center, and move-in is scheduled for July 2025.
