IBK, 170 New Graduates Hired in First Half of Year... 20 More Than Previous Year

IBK Industrial Bank announced on the 21st that it will publicly recruit 170 new employees in the first half of 2023. This is an increase of 20 people compared to the number of recruits in the first half of the previous year.

The recruitment fields are the same as last year: general finance, digital, and specialized finance/global sectors. The hiring process will proceed in the order of document screening, written test, practical test, and interview, with the final successful candidates to be announced in June.

Applicants can fill out and submit their application forms through the IBK recruitment website by April 4.

IBK Industrial Bank will also implement a disability preference system and separate recruitment for veterans in this hiring process to promote socially equitable recruitment.

Kim Sung-tae, President of IBK Industrial Bank, stated, "We will secure a sufficient recruitment scale to create jobs and strive to make attractive positions where young talents can continuously grow through active communication after joining the bank."

Meanwhile, IBK Industrial Bank will also conduct a large-scale ‘IBK Youth Intern’ program in the first half of this year, providing opportunities to directly experience the bank’s fieldwork and collaborate on projects with IBK Chunggong companies. Related recruitment announcements are expected to be posted around May.
