Oh Seung-rok, Mayor of Nowon District, visited an indoor leisure facility in New Jersey, USA, at 4 PM local time on the 20th to support the establishment of a youth sports experience facility.
The purpose was to benchmark advanced cases to create a safe and wholesome sports experience play space where children and adolescents can freely run and play.
Starting with Supercharged Entertainment, which has the world's largest indoor kart track, fun trampoline jumps, and a vast game lounge, he visited a total of six locations including Boston, New Haven, and finally American Dream in New Jersey.

Kim Tae-woo, Mayor of Gangseo District, Seoul, participated in the 'wildfire suppression simulation training' held at Bongjesan in Hwagok-dong on the 21st to check the rapid crisis response system.
The training, conducted under the assumption of an actual wildfire situation, involved over 110 personnel from four related organizations including Gangseo District Office, Gangseo Fire Station, Gangseo Police Station, and the Army's 5602nd Unit, with about 30 pieces of equipment such as fire trucks deployed.
Mayor Kim Tae-woo stated, “We must approach the training not as a formality but as if it were a real situation to prepare for wildfires that can occur anytime and anywhere,” adding, “We will protect the precious lives and property of residents from wildfire disasters through more thorough prevention activities and rapid initial response.”
Meanwhile, the district has designated the period until May 15 as the 'Spring Wildfire Prevention Period' and is making every effort to prevent wildfires. It has entered a 24-hour emergency duty system and will urgently deploy 32 ground firefighting personnel and 85 auxiliary firefighting personnel for initial response and rapid action in case of wildfire occurrence.
