Various Forms of Communication to Continue
Jindo County Governor Kim Hee-su held a communication meeting on the 20th to encourage MZ generation public officials at grade 7 and below who are on the front lines of administration and to listen to their difficulties.
According to the county on the 21st, the meeting was held in a warm and comfortable atmosphere throughout, with coffee and fruit shared to facilitate free communication with the staff.

The staff meeting, composed of employees by rank and job series, was held under the sub-theme "Let me hear your voice," where participants shared opinions and advice on ways to improve work processes experienced during regular duties and various conflicts or difficulties arising in the process of responding to civil complaints.
In particular, issues related to personnel matters and welfare proposals were largely avoided, while various opinions that would help create a pleasant workplace atmosphere were presented, including concerns of the MZ generation and their wishes regarding workplace supervisors.
Additionally, Governor Kim Hee-su, drawing on his experience as a senior public official, explained administrative work know-how and real-life cases, praised the efforts of frontline public officials working under difficult conditions, and promised to break away from outdated customs and improve efficient organizational culture to enhance the quality of life for public servants.
The public officials who attended the meeting said, "The employees were highly satisfied with the opportunity for free communication with the governor this time," and added, "We hope to create many such opportunities in the future to serve as a platform for collecting diverse opinions."
Governor Kim Hee-su stated, "I will also consider ways to improve the work environment so that public officials can demonstrate their abilities and to bring out the latent capabilities of the staff," and urged, "Let us work together to realize the county administration vision of 'Citizens as owners, a livable Jindo' and to enhance administrative services that citizens can feel through empathy."
Meanwhile, Jindo County plans to continue various forms of communication to collect opinions from 398 MZ generation public officials at grade 7 and below by organizing 13 groups by job series, each consisting of 30 people, until the end of next month.
