The Busan Metropolitan Office of Education's Early Childhood Education Promotion Institute will operate a cultural arts play program for 100 families with children aged 3 to 5 in the region.
Based on last year's satisfaction results, the program, which was previously held twice a year, will be expanded to four times a year and will be held four times starting from the 25th at the Gijang-gun Early Childhood Play Dream Center.
Additionally, to provide a more diverse artistic experience, the play themes will be diversified as follows: Clay Playground on the 25th, Forest Book Playground on June 24th, Traditional Culture Harmony Festival on September 23rd, and Rainbow Art Museum on December 23rd.
The 'Clay Playground' program operated on March 25th is composed of sensory experience programs such as a sand art live performance and sand art experience adapted from fairy tales that young children like, gardening play, and dinosaur fossil excavation play.
Those who wish to participate in the March program can apply on a first-come, first-served basis from 9 a.m. on the 21st through the Busan Office of Education integrated reservation portal.
Lee Hyun-sook, director of the Early Childhood Education Promotion Institute, said, "We hope that families can feel happiness and cultivate artistic sensibility through this play program that combines art and play."
