In addition, they can receive guidance on employment-related education and services such as startup and internship support, ▲group counseling programs (job preparation education), ▲vocational training, and ▲career connection case management services.

The operating hours of the Visiting Women's Employment Counseling Desk are from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Kim Jong-hak, team leader of the Social Contribution and Public Relations Department, said, "We hope that the Visiting Women's Employment Counseling Desk will serve as a stepping stone for women with career interruptions and women seeking jobs to continue their economic activities. BNK Gyeongnam Bank will continue to actively support the employment of local women and maintain interest in social issues such as low birth rates, population decline, and parental leave."

Separately from supporting local women's employment, BNK Gyeongnam Bank has signed a 'Basic Living Expense Support Agreement for Families on Parental Leave' with Changwon City to provide support for the economic stability of families on parental leave.

This agreement allows loans at the same interest rates as those for employed workers to those on parental leave, providing up to 100 million KRW depending on personal credit to Changwon citizens who have lived in Changwon for over one year and have been employed for over one year.
