Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida announced on the 20th that he has invited President Yoon Suk-yeol to the Group of Seven (G7) summit to be held in Hiroshima in May.
According to Kyodo News, Prime Minister Kishida made this statement to reporters in New Delhi, India, where he is visiting for a summit meeting with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Prime Minister Kishida explained that, in addition to South Korea, Brazil and Vietnam were also invited.
