Development of Four-Season Stay Accommodation Facilities at Hwanggyesan
Hapcheon-gun, Gyeongnam Province, held an interim report meeting on the "Hwangmaesan Green Cultural Experience Zone Development Project Detailed Design Service" on the 20th at the small conference room of the county office.
The report meeting was conducted by Jang Seok-gyu, CEO of Dam Engineering, the service agency, with about 20 senior officials including County Governor Kim Yoon-cheol attending after the executive meeting.
Hapcheon-gun, Gyeongnam is holding an interim report meeting for the detailed design service of the Hwangmaesan Green Culture Experience Zone development project.
According to this report meeting, 20 tree houses, 7 caravans, and 17 auto camping sites will be established around the pine tree colony area in Hagum Valley, Daebyeong-myeon.
In particular, it was announced that a plan to preserve the original form of the naturally growing pine tree colony in the 50-hectare area of Hwangmaesan as much as possible while constructing tree houses and a skywalk will be implemented, showcasing a new charm unique to Hwangmaesan after completion in 2024.
Governor Kim said, “Please create a space where more people can stay and relax by utilizing the beautiful natural scenery of Hwangmaesan and reviewing ways to enjoy it even in winter, making Hwangmaesan, selected as one of Korea’s top 100 tourist destinations, a place for longer stays.”
