Yoon Byung-du, Chief of Namhae Coast Guard, "Let Us All Work with a Smile"

"I sincerely thank the frontline officers who are quietly working in their positions."


Namhae Coast Guard Commissioner Yoon Byung-du said this before giving a lecture during his visit to Changwon Coast Guard Station.


According to Changwon Coast Guard, Commissioner Yoon gave a lecture on the theme "Is our Coast Guard, where I belong, a good workplace?" to the staff of Changwon Coast Guard Station on the 16th.


The lecture, held in the annex auditorium, was attended by all employees of Changwon Coast Guard Station, including office and ship personnel.

A representative of Changwon Coast Guard explained, "This training was prepared to directly hear voices from the field and reflect them in workplace culture improvement policies, promoting communication and harmony among colleagues to lead a workplace culture that satisfies everyone."


Commissioner Yoon said, "Let us all continue to work together to create a workplace culture where we can work with smiles through communication and harmony among colleagues."


Commissioner Yoon is scheduled to conduct a series of lectures at five Coast Guard stations under the jurisdiction of Namhae Coast Guard until the 28th.
