Changwon Facilities Corporation Conducts Mid-Level Manager Competency Enhancement Training

From the 20th to the 21st, Changwon Facilities Corporation in Gyeongnam conducted a 'Mid-level Manager Competency Enhancement Training' for about 80 employees at grades 4 and 5 in the Neulpureunjeondang training room.

This training was organized to raise awareness of the role of mid-level managers, strengthen empathy and communication skills, and cultivate leadership mindset.

Gyeongnam Changwon Facilities Corporation conducted a "Mid-level Manager Competency Enhancement Training" for about 80 employees at grades 4 to 5.

The training featured lectures by external experts on topics such as 'Understanding Digital Transformation,' 'Organizational Revitalization through Teamwork Improvement,' and 'Interview Skills that Make Members Dance.'

Director Kim Jonghae said, "Through this training, I hope that mid-level managers who will lead the future of the corporation will communicate and cooperate wisely to contribute to the development of the corporation."
