According to Real Today, a real estate research firm, in the fourth week of March, subscription applications will be accepted for a total of 1,302 households nationwide at five locations (including private rental and publicly supported private rental apartments, excluding Happy Housing).
Next week, four private rental apartment complexes will be supplied. The public-supported private rental apartment complex, Seoul Eunpyeong New Town Dietre The First, located in Jingwan-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, will accept subscription applications. It consists of 15 buildings from basement level 5 to 15 floors above ground, with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 84㎡. Out of a total of 452 households, 80 units will be offered for sale. The complex allows rental for up to 10 years, enabling residents to live without tax burdens such as acquisition tax.
In addition, subscription applications will be accepted for Seongsan Samjeong Green Core Wellrest (publicly supported private rental, 327 households) in Changwon-si, Gyeongnam; Bucheon Illumi State (170 households) in Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi; and Busan Banyeo Centum KCC Switzen (18 households) in Haeundae-gu, Busan.
On the 21st, Jeongeup Prugio The First, located in Nongsodong, Jeongeup-si, Jeonbuk, will also accept first-priority subscription applications. It consists of six buildings from basement level 2 to 29 floors above ground, with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 101㎡, totaling 707 households.
Winner announcements will be made for six locations, and official contracts will be conducted at one location.
