Through this agreement, SH Sports Agency and Gangwon FC have agreed to jointly plan, host, and organize youth soccer festivals and cultural tourism sports festivals within Gangwon, and to collaborate on close regional linkage and promotional marketing through various soccer events and publicity. In particular, they have united to pursue diversification of soccer services through expanding the soccer base in the Gangwon region and various event programs in the soccer industry sector.

SH Sports Agency has devoted great effort to the development of domestic soccer and the establishment of youth soccer infrastructure. They have also actively marketed through MOUs with advanced overseas soccer countries. Recently, under the slogan "The right for everyone to enjoy with just one soccer ball," they hosted nationwide youth soccer club festivals and soccer festivals for socially marginalized groups such as North Korean defectors and multicultural families.

Gangwon FC is a professional soccer team representing the residents of Gangwon Province, working together with 18 cities and counties in Gangwon and 1.53 million Gangwon residents to create win-win programs that unite people through soccer. While performance in the K League is important, they are also dedicating great effort to youth development through youth training programs within Gangwon Province.

Moon Seong-hwan, CEO of SH Sports Agency, said, "Both companies will work together to expand the soccer base in Gangwon Province and develop and operate various soccer event programs, striving to build diverse event cultures and infrastructure in the soccer industry sector. Beyond soccer, we will plan a new concept ‘Sports Culture Tourism Festival’ that links culture and tourism, contributing our best efforts to the development of sports culture in Gangwon."

Kim Byung-ji, CEO of Gangwon FC, stated, "As a professional soccer team representing the residents of Gangwon Province, Gangwon FC must also seek various programs that can bring happiness to the 1.53 million residents across 18 cities and counties through soccer. We will create various soccer events so that the entire nation can visit Gangwon more often, starting with soccer. Additionally, both companies will do their utmost to build soccer facility infrastructure within Gangwon."
