GS Construction to Officially Launch Sales of Godeok Ja-i Centro on the 17th

Godeok Xi Centro, a public sale apartment with private sector participation in Godeok New Town, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do, will officially begin sales on the 17th.

Godeok Xi Centro will be built in the Godeok-dong area of Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do, consisting of 7 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, with a total of 569 households. A distinctive feature is that all units are composed of a single exclusive area of 84㎡.

The subscription schedule starts with special supply on the 27th, followed by first priority on the 28th, and second priority subscription on the 29th. The announcement of winners will be on April 4th, and the official contract signing for winners will take place over four days from May 15th to 18th.

Godeok Xi Centro is a public sale apartment with private sector participation, implemented by Pyeongtaek Urban Corporation and constructed by a GS Construction consortium, subject to the price ceiling system. 85% of the total units will be supplied through special supply.

For the general sale units of Godeok Xi Centro, 30% will be preferentially supplied to residents who have lived in Pyeongtaek-si for more than one year as of the initial announcement date for tenant recruitment. 20% will be supplied to those who have lived in Gyeonggi-do for more than six months, and the remaining 50% will be allocated to residents nationwide.

Godeok Xi Centro applies a 4-bay slab-type design for all units to maximize sunlight, lighting, and ventilation. It features a large dressing room for neatly storing seasonal clothing and fashion accessories. The design reflects the latest residential trends with a highly efficient 'ㄷ'-shaped kitchen, wide dining area, deluxe kitchen, and 'Bedroom 4' which can be used as an alpha room.

It also offers a location close to workplaces. The complex is conveniently located for commuting by car to Samsung Electronics Pyeongtaek Campus. It is also situated in a location that allows easy commuting to the Pyeongtaek Brain City general industrial complex, which is being developed as an advanced complex industrial park.
