Large supermarkets are holding various discount events on cleaning supplies, food, fashion, and living products to welcome spring.

According to the industry on the 18th, Emart is holding a cleaning and renovation discount event until the 29th of this month. In this event, cleaning supplies, vehicle care products, and clean home appliances are sold at up to 40% off. Notably, all car wash products such as detergents, car wash tools, wax, coatings, and car wash towels are offered at a 30% discounted price. Brand wipers from Bullsone, Bosch, and Michelin can be purchased at up to 40% off, and customers who spend over 30,000 KRW on Bullsone, Sonax, and 3M automotive products will receive an additional 5,000 KRW Shinsegae gift certificate.

Lotte Mart is selling 'Yorihada 1st Grade Hanwoo Marinated Beef Bulgogi' at a 50% discount for L.Point members until the 19th. This product was pre-contracted for about 10 tons based on the Hanwoo market price that dropped after the Lunar New Year, and costs were reduced by shortening the distribution process through in-house processing at Lotte Fresh Quality Innovation Center. Additionally, the product was planned in a large size of 800g instead of the existing 300g.

Homeplus is holding the 'Mallbang Day Season 1' event until the 2nd of next month, offering up to 50% discounts on brand products available in offline stores and shopping malls. About 80 brands including fashion and living participate. During the event, customers who purchase over 50,000 KRW can receive a lucky golden thank-you envelope with a random gift, those who spend over 100,000 KRW with Shinhan or Samsung cards will receive a 10,000 KRW Homeplus Mall voucher, and those who spend over 150,000 KRW will be given either a 12-pack kitchen towel or a 5-pack Lock&Lock Bisfree modular airtight container.
