Jangseong-gun, Jeollanam-do announced on the 16th that the individual publicly announced land price (as of January 1, 2023) viewing period will be held until the 10th of next month.
The total number of land parcels available for viewing is 235,260. The 2,777 standard land parcels priced separately by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport are excluded from the viewing target.
The individual publicly announced land price serves as an important criterion in the process of evaluating the property of residents and forming its value.
To check the assessed land price, access the Jangseong-gun website, select OK365-Cadastral (Real Estate)-Individual Publicly Announced Land Price Viewing, and enter the land location and lot number in the search box.
If using a computer is difficult, visit the Civil Service Department on the first floor of the county office or the Eup/Myeon Administrative Welfare Center in person to check the land price viewing book or inquire by phone.
Residents who have opinions about the individual publicly announced land price can fill out and submit an opinion form available at the Civil Service Department of the county office or the Eup/Myeon Administrative Welfare Center.
Submitted opinions undergo re-verification by an appraiser designated by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and deliberation by the Jangseong-gun Real Estate Price Public Announcement Committee to make a final decision on whether to change the price.
The decision results will be delivered to the residents who submitted opinions by the 28th of next month.
A county official said, “Since electronic viewing has become common, individual notifications are not being sent, so please be sure to view within the deadline.”
