Hanssem recently revamped 'Hanssem Mall' to build a platform that provides a differentiated home remodeling customer experience. With over 10,000 professional contents, it offers the 'A to Z' of home remodeling construction including estimates, contracts, construction, and after-sales service (AS).
First, Hanssem Mall categorizes construction case contents by apartment size and style nationwide to provide them to customers. With just a few clicks, customers can view construction cases similar in structure to their own homes.
The 'Untact 3D Proposal' feature offers transparent estimates. By entering the size and style, customers can easily receive a rough estimate. Then, by entering their address, they can directly input the desired construction items onto the floor plan of their apartment. The prices of the materials entered utilize the list price data embedded within the platform.
Customers can send the designed estimate along with notes containing their requirements to Hanssem's home remodeling experts, the 'Rehouse Designers (RD)'. Based on this data, the RD prepares a detailed estimate. During this process, Hanssem's professional 3D design program 'Home Planner' is used to create realistic 3D floor plans. Customers can experience the appearance of their desired home before construction and accurately understand the approximate budget required.
