To improve civil service, the unified uniforms and name tags are intended to instill a sense of responsibility and belonging, and to provide residents visiting the civil service office with comfort and a gentle image, thereby enhancing trust in administration.


They pledged to break away from the rigid image of government offices and provide civil services that communicate and empathize with a pleasant environment and friendly smiles.


Nam Han-kwon, the county governor, stated, “We will make multifaceted efforts to improve the quality of civil services, including operating civil service guides and requiring all public officials to wear name tags.”
